Antechamber time controlled
The round antechamber is the main antechamber with a diameter of Ø 390 mm. It can be
used to transfer materials into and out of the glovebox without contaminating the atmo-
sphere inside the box, the inside box atmosphere remains maintained.
Siemens PLC-controlled transfer processes.
