Connecting the disposal piping for purge gas / working gas outlet
This is required if automatic box purge and / or ECO Mode is available.
Connect the disposal piping between the exhaust and the operating company’s dis-
posal equipment (exhaust).
Connection must be depressurised.
Connecting the disposal piping for used regeneration gas
Connect the disposal piping between the regeneration gas exhaust system connec-
tion and the operating company’s disposal equipment (exhaust).
Connecting the disposal piping for vacuum waste gases
Connect the disposal piping between the vacuum pump exhaust and the operating
company’s disposal equipment (exhaust).
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the vacuum pump connections.
Depending on the location where the vacuum pump is used, an oil mist filter can be al-
ternative to the disposal piping applied. Contact MBRAUN for information.
Connecting the regeneration gas
Connect the pressure-reducing valve to the regeneration gas source (follow the
manufacturer’s instructions for its connection).
Connect the regeneration gas source with the regeneration gas inlet system connec-
tion, using the supply pipe (the regeneration gas inlet system connection is labelled
with the exact value for the supply pressure).
Set the pressure-reducing valve to this value and open the valve.
Connecting the working gas supply
Connect the pressure-reducing valve to the working gas source (follow the manufac-
turer’s instructions for its connection).
Make a supply line between the working gas source and the Working Gas IN system
connection (the working gas IN system connection is labelled with the exact value
for the supply pressure).
Set the pressure-reducing valve to the value for working gas and open the valve.
Connecting to mains supply
WARNING
Risk of electrical hazard
Risk of serious injury, burnings
Make sure that trained and skilled electricians only are working on the electricity.
Untrained persons are only allowed to work under supervision of experienced ex-
perts.
Be mindful of electrical hazards (refer to chapter "Safety").
The system must be connected to a protected (fused) power supply that is equipped with
a CPC (circuit protective conductor). See type plate for required connection n data.
