Connecting the disposal piping for purge gas / working gas outlet
This is required if automatic box purge and / or ECO Mode is available.
► Connect the disposal piping between the exhaust and the operating company’s dis-
posal equipment (exhaust).
► Connection must be depressurised.
Connecting the disposal piping for used regeneration gas
► Connect the disposal piping between the regeneration gas exhaust system connec-
tion and the operating company’s disposal equipment (exhaust).
Connecting the disposal piping for vacuum waste gases
► Connect the disposal piping between the vacuum pump exhaust and the operating
company’s disposal equipment (exhaust).
► Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the vacuum pump connections.
Depending on the location where the vacuum pump is used, an oil mist filter can be al-
ternative to the disposal piping applied. Contact MBRAUN for information.
Connecting the regeneration gas
► Connect the pressure-reducing valve to the regeneration gas source (follow the
manufacturer’s instructions for its connection).
► Connect the regeneration gas source with the regeneration gas inlet system connec-
tion, using the supply pipe (the regeneration gas inlet system connection is labelled
with the exact value for the supply pressure).
► Set the pressure-reducing valve to this value and open the valve.
Connecting the working gas supply
► Connect the pressure-reducing valve to the working gas source (follow the manufac-
turer’s instructions for its connection).
► Make a supply line between the working gas source and the Working Gas IN system
connection (the working gas IN system connection is labelled with the exact value
for the supply pressure).
► Set the pressure-reducing valve to the value for working gas and open the valve.
Connecting to mains supply
WARNING
Risk of electrical hazard
Risk of serious injury, burnings
► Make sure that trained and skilled electricians only are working on the electricity.
► Untrained persons are only allowed to work under supervision of experienced ex-
perts.
► Be mindful of electrical hazards (refer to chapter "Safety").
The system must be connected to a protected (fused) power supply that is equipped with
a CPC (circuit protective conductor). See type plate for required connection n data.
