(b) In hardware self-diagnostic operation mode (when the MODE LED is on (orange))
The operation mode is changed by switches. ( (2), (3) in this section)
* 1 When the CF CARD LED and USER LED, or the STS LED and USER LED turn on simultaneously,
it indicates the standard ROM initialization setting.

A hardware failure occurred or the C Controller module is in reset
process.
ERR. ERR.
Off
When all LEDs except the MODE LED turn off, it indicates that the
diagnostics and settings have not been executed yet, or have
completed normally.
Flashing
An error occurred during mode setting (Mode 1, Mode 2, Mode 3, or
Default IP setting mode) with the RESET/SELECT switch.
The error location can be identified by the status of the following LEDs.
"RUN", "CF CARD", "STS", "CH2 SD/RD", and "USER"

during execution of Mode 1 to Mode 3.
