3.2 Maintenance parts
• To ensure that the machine produces good copies and to extend its service life, it is rec-
ommended that the maintenance jobs described in this schedule be carried out as
instructed.
• Replace with reference to the numeric values displayed on the Life counter.
• Maintenance conditions are based on the case of A4 or 8

*3: The ozone filter is furnished with the transfer belt unit so that all of them are replaced at
one time.
*4: Because there is no life-counter for the transfer roller unit, substitute it by the life-counter
of the transfer belt unit.
