SENSe:]ADEMod:AF:STOP
This command sets the stop frequency for AF spectrum result display.
T
he stop frequency is limited to half the measurement bandwidth of analog demodulation
([SENSe:]ADEMod:BANDwidth|BWIDth:DEModulation).
