Eachseriallinecanreceivemultipletelegramssimultaneously,providedthatthe
telegramsallusethesameprotocol.
However,onlyoneperipheraldevicemaybephysicallyconnectedtotheport.If
youwishtoconnectseveralperipheraldevicestoasingleserialport,youmust
routethesethrougha“mixer”.Thiscanbeahardwareunitorcomputercollecting
andstreamingthetelegrams.
