Observethisproceduretoverifythatthe
contactorK301intheMotorControlUnit
isoperational.
Normally,inthispartofthesettingto
worksequence,thetransducershaftwill
beinupperpositionwiththeupperlimit
switchactivated.
Note
Thisoperationaltestofthehoist/lower
contactorswillnotrequirethe3-phase
powertobeappliedtothemotor.
Procedure
1Locatethemotorprotectingswitch
S301,andcheckthattheoperating
handleispresseddowntoOFF
position.

2CheckthattheLEDindicatorL2onthefrontofthe24Vdcpowersupplyislit.
[_____]Ok
3Setthehoist/lowerswitchS302toHOISTposition.
[_____]Ok
4CheckthatthehoistingcontactorK301isnotactivated.
Ifthecontactorwasactivated,presstheupperlimitswitchS304upwards,andcheck
thatthecontactorisdeactivated.

5Setthehoist/lowerswitchS302totheLOWERposition.
[_____]Ok
6CheckthattheloweringcontactorK302isactivated.

7PressthelowerlimitswitchS305downwards.

8Checkthatthecontactorisdeactivatedwhileactivatingtheswitch.

9LocatethehandcrankinsidetheMotorControlUnit.
