Purpose
Thisprocedureisusedwhenyouwishtorestorethe
SU90softwarefromapre-madebackuplecontaining
yourentireinstallation.
Description
Thebackuplemayeitherbegeneric,oritmaybecustommadetotyoursystem.The
applicationusedtorestorefromthebackupisAcronisTrueImage.
Ifyourestoreyoursystemfromagenericimagele,youmustbothchangetheWindows
license,andactivateit,beforeyoucanusetheSU90.YoumustalsoreinstalltheSU90
software.Forthisreason,itisimportantthatyouusethebackuplethatyoumade
afterthesonarinstallationwascompleted.
Procedure
1BootthecomputerfromtheUSBmemorydevice.
ThisproceduredescribeshowtostartuptheSU90computerfromabootable
USBmemorydevice.
1ConnectacomputerkeyboardtooneoftheUSBconnectorsonthecomputer.
2Insertthebootablememorydevice(USBashdrive).
3PoweruptheProcessorUnitwiththefrontmountedon/offbutton.
4ObservethatthecomputerbootsfromtheUSBashdrive.
5IfthecomputerdoesstartfromtheUSBdisk,reboot,andpressF11toselect
bootdevice.
2StarttheAcronisTrueImageprogram.
3Ontherstmenu,clickRecover.
4Onthesecondpage,clickBrowseforbackup.
5Locatethebackuplethatyouhavepreviouslymade(on*.tibformat).
6Clickonthechosenle,andthenclickOK.
7Onthelistofimageles,right-clickontheimage,andclickRecoverintheshort-cut
menu.
8Onthenextpage–Chooserecoverymethod–clickRecoverwholedisksandpartitions.
9ClickNext.
10Onthenextpage–Selecttheitemstorecover–clicktheDisk1checkbox.
