Irrespectiveofthehullunitorientation,thetransducershallnotbemechanicallyaligned.
TransduceralignmentisperformedintheSU90ProcessorUnitbyrotatingtheecho
presentationonthedisplay.

Purpose
Whilethevesselisstillindrydock,thetransducersurface
mustbeinspectedforpotentialdamagesthathavebeeninicted
duringtheinstallation.
Important
Theredprotectivecoatingisanvitalpartofthetransducer.Itis
veryimportantthatneitherthiscoatingnortheinternalpartsof
thetransduceraredamagedduringthehandlingandinstallation.
Anyholesand/orscratchesinthetransducersurfacewillallowwatertopenetratethe
transducer.Ifaleakoccurs,thetransducermustbereplaced.
