penetratethetransducer ,andintimethiswilldamagethetransducerbeyondrepair.

Purpose
Observethisproceduretolowerthe
transducermanuallyusingthehandcrank.
Important
Whennotinuse,thehandcrankmust
alwaysbeplacedinsidetheMotorControl
Unit.
Procedure
1Ifthevesselisindrydock,make
surethatthespaceunderthehull
isfreefromtools,scaffolding,
personneletc,andthatenoughspace
isavailabletolowerthetransducer.
2Removethe3–phasemainsfusefor
thehullunit.
3Locatethemotorprotectingswitch
S301insidetheMotorControlUnit.
4ReleaseS301bymovingthehandledowntopositionOFF.
5LocateandtakeoutthehandcrankinsidetheMotorControlUnit.
6RemovetheplasticplugonthetopcoveroftheHullUnit,andmountthehandcrank
ontothestubshaftthroughtheholeinthetopcover.
