Defining Enable Password
The Modify Enable Password page sets a local password to control access to Normal, Privilege, and
Global Configuration. To open the
Modify Enable Password page, click System → Management
Security
→ Enable Passwords in the tree view.

Select Enable Access Level — Access level associated with the enable password. Possible field
values are 1-15.
Password (0-159 Characters) — The currently configured enable password. Enable passwords can
contain a maximum of 159 characters.
Confirm Password — Confirms the new enable password. The password appears in the *****
format.
Defining a New Enable Password:
1 Open the Modify Enable Password page .
2 Define the relevant fields.
3 Click Apply Changes .
The new Enable password is defined, and the device is updated.
