1. Withdraw the ignition key block.

2. Disconnect the negative terminal from the
battery and carry out operation 3 on page
37. Disconnect the wiring connections
from the ignition switch.
3. Undo the shear bolts (arrowed).
JMI These bolts must be renewed during
%mmm assembly.
4. Remove the switch from the car.

5. Carry out operation 2. Disengage the
block from the car as shown in the figure.
