PARTIAL REPLACEMENT OF A SIDE MEMBER
Preparing the spare part
1.
Remove the excess from the replacement part so that it is about 20 mm longer than the part removed
from the vehicle.
Positioning the replacement part
1.
Correctly position the side member using the templates, superimpose it, lock it and trace the outline.
2.
Trim it removing the excess parts.
3. Clean the areas affected by the welding.
