14.7 Cardiac Calculations
This system provides the package of Cardiac Calculations which allows the measurements
in 2D mode, M mode, Spectral-Doppler mode using different items of Cardiac Calculations.
14.7.1 Items of Cardiac Calculations
The items of the cardiac calculations in each mode are as follows:
Calculation items in 2D Mode
comprise Simpson, Vol A/L(Area Length), LV mass,
2D Measurement (LV EF 2D Protocol), LVOT- and RVOT-Diameter.
Calculation items in M Mode
comprise LV(Left Ventricle), Ao/LA(Aorta/Left Atrium),
MV(Mitral Valve), HR(Heart Rate)
Calculation items in Spectral-Doppler Mode
comprise MV(Mitral Valve), AoV(Aortic Valve), TV (Tricuspid Valve),
PV(Pulmonary Valve), LVOT-Doppler (Left Ventricle Outflow Tract),
RVOT-Doppler (Right Ventricle Outflow Tract), PAP (Pulmonary
Artery Pressure measurement), Pulmonic Veins and Heart Rate.
Calculation items in Color-Doppler Mode
comprise PISA Radius and PISA Alias Velocity.
