16.2 VCR Recording
The VCR comes already installed within the system.

By pressing the [VCR] key on the control panel the menu area as well as the status area
changes to the “VCR Remote control” menu.
The availability of the digipot-push buttons depends on the status of
the VCR.
Toggle function: Record on / off
Pressing twice starts recording.
Pressing twice again stops recording.
[Exit] changes automatically to the internal Video.
Remarks:
* By selecting [Play] the system switches automatically to the external video source.
* Always, due to quality the S-VHS source should be used. review Peripherals
(chapter 17.3.3)
* The [Microphone] key on the control panel is only available if no Doppler signal is active.
It should only be activated during [Record].
* During VCR recording all other operating functions of the V730Pro are impossible.
Note:
The DIP-Switch (4) on the Video recorder changes between local and remote control.
