Day of Birth patient day of birth

Sex ---- , female, male (selection in pull down menu)
Review: Standard Input
(chapter 4.6.2) or To search in the Patient List (chapter 4.6.4)
Note:
Upon entering the date of birth: The age is calculated and displayed automatically.
Upon entering an age: The day of birth is cleared.
Application Field
Height Enter the patient’s height in one of the units (cm, ft, inch)
Weight Enter the patient’s weight in one of the units (kg, lb, oz)
Unit selection
: Position the cursor into the unit selection field using the trackball and press the
left or right trackball key. The different units will appear for selection.

Diag. Phys. Name of Diagnostic Physician max. 32 characters
Ref. Phys. Name of Referring Physician max. 32 characters
Sonogr. Name of sonographer max. 32 characters
Exam Type Type of the current exam max. 32 characters
