Return the Control Board
To return the Control Board:
1. Locate the serial number ID label on the bottom of the left side of the Control Board
(see “Locate the Control Board Serial Number ID Label” on page 396).
2. Follow the procedure “Return the Failed Component” on page 116. You can also refer
to the procedure to return a field-replaceable unit in the M320 router, T320 router, or
the T640 router hardware guides.
