Main Circuit/Control Circuit Power Supply Setting
This section describes settings of main circuit/control circuit power supply.
For wiring of main circuit/control circuit power supply, see "4-3 Wiring the Power Supply of Main/Control Circuit",
Page 4-6.
Main/Control Circuit Power Supply Setting
You can set up power type according to actually used power supply.
• Unnecessary to be set when AC 100V power supply is used.
• In the case of AC 200V power input, "Main circuit open phase" alarm (F10) will occur when OTH_11 is set to
"Three phase".
•
If the input power type (AC/DC) is different from the OTH_25 setting, then "Main circuit wiring error" alarm
(330) will occur.
Operation at Instantaneous Powercut
When main circuit power supply of the servo amplifier is OFF due to instantaneous powercut, an excitation duration of
servo motor can be set via parameters.
When main circuit power supply is OFF, an instantaneous powercut will be detected, and if the time from power OFF
to ON is smaller than the set value of OTH_29, the servo amplifier will continue to operate; if it is larger than set value,
then it will be OFF.
• At 200V, the hold time of the control circuit power of the servo amplifier is about 100ms; at 100V, it is about
65ms. Control circuit power supply cannot be controlled during instantaneous powercut, and if OFF
operation is the same as that of the conventional power, then the setting of OTH_29 will be disabled.
• Hold time of the main circuit power depends upon outuput of the servo amplifier. When load of the servo
motor is large, and "Main circuit under voltage" alarm (410) occurs during instantaneous powercut, the
setting of OTH_29 will be disabled.
