A-7 Servo Tracing Function
Overview of Tracing Function
Tracing function
Tracing function can be used to load status of the SV series amplifier at any time (trigger). Two tracing modes are
available: real-time tracing by reading data per sampling period and batch tracing by performing data buffer
processing per control period.
The data obtained can be displayed as waveform through the SV series setting software to be easily debugged and
tuned.
For how to use the tracing function, see "KV-ML/MC Setting Tool (KV MOTION+) Users Manual or SV Series
Setting Software Users Manual".
When using the SV series with the KV-ML16V, you can also use the KV-ML/MC Setting Tool (KV MOTION+)
to use the tracing function via a PLC.
When using KV-ML16V/MC40V/MC20V, you can also use the tracing function through the KV-ML/MC
Setting Tool (KV MOTION+).
Required system
The system configuration as well as whether and how to perform various functions will be described.
Tracking can be performed in two ways: using path 1 (reading from the CPU unit) and using path 2 (reading from the
SV series).
