An error occurs to internal parameters of servo amplifier.
(1) Instantaneous voltage drop of power supply of control
circuit occurs or the power supply of control circuit is cut off
during writing parameter. Please check the voltage of
power supply of control circuit and execute "servo
parameter initialization".
(2) Misoperation occurs due to noise. Please keep away from
noise source (such as electromagnetic switches) when in
use.
Please contact the nearest sales agent of our company when
the founded problem can't be solved even if the power supply
of control circuit is ON again.

Setting range error occurs for parameters.
(1)Please check whether the condition of 0.001<= (electric
gear (numerator) "POS_02" /electric gear (denominator)
"POS_03") <= 4000 is satisfied.
(2) It is possible that the same function has been assigned to
multiple inputs, or EXT1-3 has been assigned to
somewhere outside IN4-6 when ML- is used.Please
check the assignment setting of input signals.
(3)Absolute position system "SYS_02" is set to ABS while
incremental servo motor is used. Please check the type and
setting of encoder.
(4) The changed parameter is out of setting range. Please
check the setting range of changed parameter.
(5) Mismatching between servo amplifier and servo motor.
Please check servo amplifier/servo motor model.
Please contact the nearest sales agent of our company when
the founded problem can't be solved even if the power supply
of control circuit is ON again.
