Deviation excessive warning
If a warning is detected before a deviation excessive alarm occurs, then adjust the motor load and command to
prevent motor stop.
Proportion of a deviation excessive alarm level can be set through a parameter.
Speed Match Signal (Speed Control Mode)
If difference between the servo motor speed and the command speed is smaller than the "Speed match range"
(VEL_04), then the "Speed match (VCMP)" signal will be output.
Detection width of the speed match signal can be set through a parameter.
Zero Clamp Setting (Speed Control Mode)
When "Zero clamp (ZCLAMP)" input is ON, and value of the speed command (V-REF/internal speed command 1-7) is
smaller than the speed set by "Zero clamp speed" (VEL_14), servo will be locked and the speed command will be disabled.
The servo motor will be locked within ±1 pulse of the zero clamp enabled position, and will remain in locked position
even under external force.
If the motor vibrates at zero clamp, be sure to adjust the position control gain.
When the zero clamp function is used, be sure to assign the "Zero clamp (ZCLAMP)" function to the input terminal.
For assignment of input terminals, see "5-3 I/O Signal Setting", Page 5-18.
