A sub command is enabled only for a specific main command.The main commands and the corresponding sub
commands are listed as follows.
Command/Response Timing Chart
When master station sends a command to slave station, the timing for command execution by slave station and
monitoring data input of master staion is as follows. The timing is a fixed one irrespective of communication period
and transmission period.
