3-2 Maintenance, Service and Inspection
Inspection of Servo Amplifier
No routine inspection is required, but for the following items, inspection must be performed at least one time per year.

agent if the insulation resistance is
less than 10Ω. Do not perform
measurement or voltage withstand
test against the insulation resistance
of encoder.
