The following conditions must be met to use individual tuning functions.

Auto tuning
Auto tuning response setting
• Auto tuning mode
• Position/speed control mode
• Motorless test operation not used

Estimation of ratio of inertia moment
• Manual tuning mode
• In servo OFF status
• Position/speed control mode

• Auto gain switching set to "Disable"
• Alarm/warning not occur
• Non-limit switch status
• Movement distance set to above servo motor shaft x0.5

W/o higher-level command
• Manual tuning mode
• In servo OFF status
