- SV Series User’s Manual -
Connection request (0EH)[CONNECT]
To establish a MECHATROLINK-II connection, and the communication mode is set to "COM_MOD".
Available phase : Phase 1
Type of command : non-sync type
Reading cycle : > Communication period, < 5s
Sub command : Can't use
If the following warning appears, command will be ignored.
• When COM_MOD out of setting range
• When COM_TIM out of setting range
• When transmission speed is set to "10Mbps" and VER=21H do not meet
• When transmission byte is 17 bytes and SUBCMD=1
• When KV-ML/MC setting tool (KV MOTION+), SV series setting software or access window is being
operated.
Only CONNECT/DISCONNECT/NOP commands can be accepted by servo amplifier before connection
establishment.The response is NOP when receiving other commands.
■The relationship between transmission period and communication period
The relationship between MECHATROLINK-II transmission period and allowed communication period as well as
number of connections are as follows.
Parameters read (01H)[PRM_RD]
To read parameters of servo amplifier.
Available phase : Phase 2 and Phase 3
Type of command : non-sync type
Reading cycle : < 200ms
Sub command : Can't use
If the following warning appears, command will be ignored.
• When the number set up in the No. field is beyond the range ("data setting alarm 1 (beyond data range)"
(94A)) .
• When SIZE mismatch ("Data setting warning 4 (parameter size)" (94D))
