Motor combination error 1
(*Motor Combi Error 1)
Unrecognized servo motor is connected to servo amplifier.
Please check servo amplifier/servo motor.
Please contact the nearest sales agent of our company when
the founded problem can't be solved even if the power supply
of control circuit is ON again.

Servo on cancel need turn
off (SVON Cancel
Need TurnOff)
Servo ON command is input by higher level equipment.
Please make the power supply of control circuit ON again after
executing the following functions. Origin return must be executed
before operation. Please switch to servo ON status from higher-
level equipment after checking the start position in safe operation.
· Servo JOG operation · Pattern operation ·
Z-phase search
· Calculation of moment of inertia ratio
·
Gain search PRO (w/o higher-level command)

*Overcurrent
(*Overcurrent)
Overcurrent is detected in power transistor.
(1) Incorrect wiring, poor contact, short circuit or grounding of
power cable of main circuit or motor occurs. Please check
wiring.
(2) Incorrect wiring or poor contact of regenerative resistance
occurs. The regenerative processing capacity overflows or
the value of regenerative resistance is too small. Please
check the wiring, resistance value and load of regenerative
resistance
(3) The dynamic brake is frequently used. Please check and
change the selecting and operating conditions or
mechanical systems of servo amplifier, so as to reduce
operating frequency.
(4) Misoperation occurs due to noise. Please keep away from
noise source (such as electromagnetic switches) when in
use.

Regenerative error
(Regenerative Error)
Error occurs in regeneratice process.
(1) The set value of regenerative resistance capacity
"SYS_04" is set to the value other than zero when the
servo amplifier without internal regenerative resistance
Please check the set value.
(2)
The jumper wires among B2 and B3 is broken. Please check wiring.
(3) The wiring of regenerative resistance is wrong or broken.
Please check wiring.
Please don't make power supply of main circuit ON but make
power supply of control circuit ON after the problem being
found.

Regenerative overload
(Regenerative Overload)
Regenerative overload is detected.
1) Regenerative power is out of allowed value. Please recheck
and change load/operating conditions/regenerative
resistance value/set value of regenerative resistance
capacity "SYS_04".
2) The power supply voltage of main circuit is out of standard
range. Please check input voltage.
Please contact the nearest sales agent of our company when
the founded problem can't be solved even if the power supply
of control circuit is ON again.
Alarm detection level is only 50% of normal value only when
the power supply of control circuit is ON next time after alarm.

Main circuit wiring error
(Main Circuit Wiring Error)
Incorrect wiring is detected in the power supply part of main
circuit.
(1) The internal or external regenerative resistance is broken
when the voltage of power supply of main circuit inside
servo amplifier is very high. Please check the value and
wiring of regenerative resistance.
(2) The input power supply type (AC/DC) is different from the
set value of 200V power supply "OTH_025". Please check
whether the power supply type is matched with the setting.
(3)The set value of regenerative resistance capacity is set to
the value other than zero while regenerative resistance
isn't connected externally. Please check the set value.
