Main circuit overvoltage
(Main Circuit Overvoltage)
Overvoltage of main circuit is detected inside servo amplifier.
(1) The voltage of power supply of main circuit is abnormally
high. Please check whether the voltage of power supply is
stable or within the standard range. Please install surge
arrester considering it is affected by lightning strike.
(2) The value of external regenerative resistance is too large.
Please check operating conditions and load and then
check regenerative resistance value.
(3) The moment of load inertia ratio is out of allowed range.
Please check load value and operating conditions.
Please contact the nearest sales agent of our company when
the founded problem can't be solved even if the power supply
of control circuit is ON again.

Main circuit under voltage
(Main Circuit
Undervoltage)
Undervoltage of main circuit is detected inside servo amplifier.
(1) The voltage of power supply of main circuit is low. Please
check whether the voltage of power supply is stable or
within the standard range.
(2) Instantaneous power OFF occurs. Please check the power
supply of main circuit, and change instantaneous powercut
hold time "OTH_29" to a smaller value if necessary.
(3) The fuse inside servo amplifier is brunt out. Please connect
with AC/DC reactor after repairing or replacing servo
amplifier.
Please contact the nearest sales agent of our company when
the founded problem can't be solved even if the power supply
of control circuit is ON again.

510 Overspeed (Overspeed)
The motor speed exceeds the max. speed.
(1) Incorrect wiring exists among the U, V and W phase of
servo amplifier and servo motor .Please check wiring.
(2) Overshoot is too large. Please re-check and change the
command input value/acceleration/deceleration
conditions/gain.

Encoder pulse overspeed
(Encoder Pls Overspeed)
The output pulse of encoder is over max. frequency of
1.6Mpps (6.4MHz after four magnification).
Please re-check and change the set value of output pulse
"SYS_03" of encoder and the motor speed.

Vibration alarm at tuning
(VibrationAlm At Tuning)
Strong vibration is detected in tuning execution.
· For auto tuning: please set up the set value of load level
bigger or set up the set value of response characteristic
smaller.
· Others: please use the Correction s in function execution
steps.

(Overload (Peak))
Operation is continued for seconds to tens of second with the
torque exceeding rated value.
(1) Operation is out of overload protection characteristic.
Please re-check and change operating/load conditions and
check whether the motor capacity is proper.
(2) The wiring of motor and encoder cables is poor in contact.
Please check the wiring.
(3) The motor can't be driven due to mechanical reasons, and
the load is too large in operation. Please check mechanical
system.
Please contact the nearest sales agent of our company when
the founded problem can't be solved even if the power supply
of control circuit is ON again.
Alarm detection level is only 50% of normal value only when
the power supply of control circuit is ON next time after alarm.

Continue operation with the torque execeeding rated value
occurs.
(1) Operation is out of overload protection characteristic.
Please re-check and change operating/load conditions and
