Dynamic brake overload
(Dynamic Brake Overload)
Overload is detected in dynamic brake resistance.
The rotating energy at dynamic brake stop is out of allowed
value, or motor is driven by external force. Please re-check and
change operating status, such as reducing command speed,
reducing moment of load inertia or reducing the stop frequency
of DB.
Please contact the nearest sales agent of our company when
the founded problem can't be solved even if the power supply of
control circuit is ON again.
Alarm detection level is only 50% of normal value only when the
power supply of control circuit is ON next time after alarm.

Surge current overload
(Surge Current Overload)
The allowed frequency of surge current limit resistance at
power ON/OFF of main circuit is execeded.
Please reduce the frequency of power ON/OFF of main circuit.

Heat sink overheated
(Heat Sink Overheated)
The heat sink temperature of servo amplifier is over 100.
(1) The ambient temperature is too high. Please keep the
ambient temperature of servo amplifier within specified
value.
(2) It operates with overload or exceeding regenerative
processing capacity. Please re-check and change load and
operating conditions.
(3) Operation is executed by resetting overload alarm through
power OFF. Please re-check and change the method for
alarm reset.

The built-in fan inside servo amplifier stops.
Please check whether there is any foreign matter in fan, and
remove it if there is.

power supply of encoder works normally before executing
"ABS encoder setting".

(2) Motor is overheated due to higher load condition. Please
check operating conditions and load.
