In addition, when the servo command is input from the higher-level equipment after one of the following is executed,

"Servo on cancel need turn off" (0B0) alarm occurs.

• Trial run (servo JOG operation/pattern operation/Z-phase search)

• Moment of inertia ratio calculation

• Gain search PRO (w/o higher-level command)

• Forced output (via KV-ML/MC setting tool (KV MOTION+) or SV series setting software)
