The difference between "Pos cmd accel/decel time constant" (POS_09) and "Average movement time of pos cmd"
(POS_10) is described below.
POS_09/POS_10 is enabled only when the motor is stopped. Even if a change is made during motor
rotation, the change cannot be mapped.
