- SV Series User’s Manual -
When the branch cable (OP-84398) for connecting battery is used
Since the lithium battery with battery case (SV-B1) provides power to servo motor not through servo amplifier, the
current position can then be kept even if servo amplifier and servo motor are separated.
The branch cable (OP-84398) for connecting battery is installed between encoder cable and servo amplifier.
How to remove servo amplifier and servo motor
The current position will not be lost if servo amplifier and servo motor are removed according to the following steps.
In case the plug marked in the following figure as "Cannot be unplugged" is unplugged, the current
position of servo motor will be lost.
Mounting
1. Mount the lithium battery with battery case (SV-B1) to
servo amplifier.
2. Tear off the seal on lithium battery and connect the
branch cable (OP-84398) to the encoder connector on
servo amplifier, servo motor and lithium battery with
battery case (SV-B1) .
