Origin return flow
1
Move towards the direction as specified by "Origin return operate direction" (ML_17) at the target speed (TSPD)
2 The speed is reduced to "Origin creep speed 1" (ML_18) when DEC=1.
3 Latching is initiated when DEC=0.
4 Alatch signal is input. "Origin distance after latch" (ML_20) is added to the latch signal input postion. Then,
move at the "Origin creep speed 2"(ML_19) toward the resultant originate.
5 After positioning is finished, set up the coordinate until this position turns 0.
