Display and input
Input H
2
concentration of
regeneration gas. The re-
generation time varies
with the concentration.
¡ Blower speed input: the speed of the blower can be pre-set for normal circulation op-
eration in the range 60% … 100% (corresponds to 30 ... 50 Hz). Default value: 100%.
¡ H
2
concentration input: the regeneration time varies depending on the percentage of
H
2
concentration in the regeneration gas. The duration of the regeneration is based
on step "n" value: "Purging with regenerative gas”. Values:
¡ Concentration of H
2
in the regeneration gas ≥ 5% (standard): time of step "n" =
150 min Purification unit [}7 - 4]
¡ Concentration of the H
2
in the regeneration gas <5 %: time of step "n" = 300 min
Purification unit [}7 - 4]
n = one step in the regeneration sequence
Duration of regeneration cycle:
¡ With H
2
concentration > 5% in the regeneration gas: approx. 960 min (16 h)
¡ With H
2
concentration < 5% in the regeneration gas: approx. 1110 min (18.5 h)
Automatic activation of circulation/regeneration
On systems with a single
reactor, the gas circula-
tion can be set to start
automatically after regen-
eration is complete. The
values are "Yes" or "No".
On systems with two re-
actors, an automatic start
interval can be set for
RKM regeneration.
If the Parameter "Auto-
matic regeneration" is set
to "Yes", after the interval
time has expired, the sys-
tem switches circulation
to the other, already re-
generated reactor and
starts the regeneration
sequence of the reactor
that is now inactive.
