7.4 Correcting the Cap Position
This section explains how to correct the cap position to the print heads when they are in the
capping unit position (home position).
1. Enter the maintenance mode (see 3.2
Maintenance mode operations).
2. Press the ADJUST button.
3. Enter the MECHANICAL ADJUST menu
with the Up and Down buttons.
4. Press the OK button to display CAP
POS ADJ VALUE, then press the OK
button again.
5. Open the front cover, and check visually
that the caps are positioned at the center
of the print heads.
