Under the System tab, you can set Notifications for Minor and Major Alarm-
s/Clearances. The temperature readouts used for the Alarms are generated by
the CPU temperature sensor.
Also, you can set the temperature threshold value for Minor/Major alarms, and
define a retry value by determining how many readings (1/min.) the temperature
must exceed the threshold value before an alarm/clearance is triggered.
The default temperature threshold value for both Minor, and Major Alarms is
100°C. With simultaneous alarm triggerings, the Major Alarm will override the
Minor Alarm, i.e. you will be notified only about the Major Alarm. If you want to be
notified early about a rise in temperature, a recommended setting for the Minor
Alarm temperature would be 90°C. Please note that it is not advisable to set the
Major Alarm temperature to a value higher than 100°C.
