The fan module is integrated in the motor connection block. Replace the existing fan module
as follows:
1. Open the locking of the cover of the motor connection block left and right and swing it
upwards. Slotted screwdriver 0.8x5.5mm
2. Remove the cores of the motor connection cable. Socket wrench size13
3. Withdraw the fan connection plug.
4. Remove the two 󹪝xing screws of the fan module. T20 torx screwdriver. The protective
conductor of the Motor Module does not have to be removed.
5. Withdraw the fan module out of the Motor Module towards the front.
6. Insert a new fan module into the Motor Module.
7. Cut out the detachable tabs at the motor connection block if required.
8. After the new fan module has been installed, re-connect the Motor Module in the inverse
sequence:
– Insert the fan connection plug into socket X12.
– Screw the fan module into place. T20 torx screwdriver. Tightening torque: 2.2Nm
(19.5lbfin)
– Attach the cores of the motor connection cable and tighten the nuts. Socket wrench
size13. Tightening torque: 13Nm (115lbfin)
– Close the motor connection block cover.
