Connection example
The position of the connection for the overvoltage protection element is shown in the following
connection example.
To do this, the following conditions must be satised:
• Overvoltage protection elements must always be placed next to the area to be protected,
e.g.at the entry point to the control cabinet.
• All 24 V cables that exit the protected area must be routed through an overvoltage protection
element.
