ThisistheInternetProtocol(IP)addressofaremotecomputer.
Ifyouwishtoexportinformationtoanothercomputer,youmusteitherdenethisIP
address,orenterIPbroadcastaddress255.255.255.255.Thebroadcastaddress
willallowallcomputersconnectedtothenetworktoreceivetheinformation.If
onlyyouwishtoreceiveinformationontheLANport,youdonotneedtodene
thisaddress.
4Remoteport
Ifyouwishtoestablishpoint-to-pointcommunicationfordataimportfroma
peripheraldeviceonthenetwork,youmayneedtodenethenetworkportonthe
remotecomputer.
Tondthisportnumber,consultthedocumentationforsoftwareprogramtobe
usedontheremotecomputer.

ThisisthecurrentprotocolspeciedfortheLANport.EachLANportcanreceive
multipletelegramssimultaneously,providedthatthetelegramsallusethesame
