What to do for uneven running of Danfoss Servo Drives?
- EElizabeth DuranSep 5, 2025
If the servo drive is running unevenly, this may be due to a defective bearing. Check the shaft.
What to do for uneven running of Danfoss Servo Drives?
If the servo drive is running unevenly, this may be due to a defective bearing. Check the shaft.
What does Error 0xFF91 mean on Danfoss Servo Drives?
Error 0xFF91 indicates that increments between succeeding values are too big. Check for velocity or guide value plausibility distance.
Why does my Danfoss Control Unit have no output voltage?
If the Danfoss Control Unit shows no output voltage, first check the AC input voltage and ensure that no phases are missing. If the external fuse of the power supply module is blown, it indicates a failure within the module, and it should be sent to Danfoss for repair.
How to restore output voltage on Danfoss Control Unit?
If your Danfoss Control Unit is showing no output voltage, it might be due to the signal input "Enable" not being active. To resolve this, apply 10-28 V to the signal input "Enable". Alternatively, you can connect a 12 V auxiliary voltage directly to the signal connector (X3).
What to do if Danfoss Control Unit has no output voltage due to high temperature?
If the internal heatsink temperature of your Danfoss Control Unit is too high, and you are getting no output voltage, check that the air inlet and outlet are not blocked. Also, ensure that the ambient temperature is within the rated specifications. If the temperature exceeds the "Fault Level", the output will be switched off.
Why is the output voltage possibly reduced on my Danfoss Control Unit?
If the output voltage of your Danfoss Control Unit is possibly reduced, it could be due to the output current being too high. Check if the output current exceeds the current Io limitation.
