Replacing body panels

Remove the replacement part from the vehicle and remove the offcuts from the pillars and the underdoor
panel.
1.
Drill the replacement part at the points where the continuous welding machine will insert the rivets.
2.
Grind the spot weld residues and bare all the inner and outer surfaces in the areas to be welded
(avoid the burnt painted box sections not perfectly anchored to the panels adversely affecting the
subsequent protection operations).
3. Apply electro-weldable anti-rust protectiveto the inner edges to be welded.
