Positioning the front cross member and welding
1.
Correctly position the front cross member on the bodyshell.
2.
Check that the replacement part is perfectly positioned.
3. Fix the replacement part to the bodyshell using the special self-locking clamps.
4.
Carry out spot welding on the edges of the bodyshell.
Positioning the front lining and welding
1.
Correctly position the front lining on the cross member.
2.
Check that the replacement part is perfectly positioned.
3. Fix the replacement part to the cross member and to the bodyshell using the special self-locking clamps.
4.
Carry out spot welding on the edges of the cross member and the bodyshell.
