Replacing structural body panels

Positioning the replacement internal panel
1.
Correctly position the internal panel using the template.
2.
Check that the internal panel is perfectly positioned.
3. Fix the replacement part to the bodyshell using the special self-locking clamps.
Welding the replacement internal panel
1.
Carry out spot welding by the floor.
2.
Continue the spot welding on the edges in contact with the bodyshell.
3. Carry out spot welding on the front cross member.
