Preparing the replacement outer panel
1.
Remove the anti-corrosion treatment from the entire perimeter of the inside and the outside of the re-
placement part using a disc grinder.
2.
Use electro-galvanizing paint on the edges previously treated.
Positioning the replacement outer panel
1.
Correctly position the outer panel.
2.
Check that the outer panel is perfectly positioned.
3. Fix the replacement part to the bodyshell using the special self-locking clamps.
