ENGINE ASSEMBLY
Crankcase compoennts
Use the specific brackets to secure the engine crankcase to the
rotating stand 99322230 with brackets 99361036.
Oil sprayer assembly

Fit the oil spray nozzles (1), making the dowel (2) match the
hole (3) on the crankcase and tighten the screws to torque.

Main bearings assembly

Arrange the half-bearings (1) on the main bearings in the
crankcase (2).
NOTE If it is found that the main bearings do not need
to be replaced, fit them back in exactly the same
sequence and position as in removal.
If they need to be replaced, select the bearings as described
in the chapter “Defining the diameter class of the seats for
half-bearings on the crankcase”.
