Excessive warning
(Excessive Warning)
Position deviation pulse exceeds deviation excessive alarm level
"ALM_07" x (deviation excessive warning level "ALM_06"/ 100).
(1) Command frequency and the generated deviation are too large.
Please re-check and change the input frequency, acceleration/
deceleration time, gain and set value of electric gear ratio.
(2) Load inertia is too large. Please re-check and change load and
motor capacity.
(3) Electromagnetic brake is not released. Please check
electromagnetic brake.
(4) The motor is mechanically locked or machine is impacted.
Please check mechanical system.
(5) Incorrect wiring exist among U, V and W phase of servo
amplifier and servo motor. Please check wiring.
(6) Motor is rotated due to external force (i.e. gravity) at stop.
Please check the status at stop.
(7) The set value of deviation excessive alarm level "ALM_07" and
deviation excessive warning level "ALM_06" is smaller relative
to operating condition. Please re-check and change the set
value.
○○
901
Excessive warning at servo
on (Excessive WarnAtSvon)
Position deviation exceeds deviation excessive alarm level "ALM_10"
at servo ON x (deviation excessive warning level "ALM_11" at servo
ON/ 100).
Motor is operated with uncleared position deviation pulse at servo
OFF. Please clear position deviation at servo OFF or set deviation
excessive alarm level "ALM_10" at servo ON and deviation
excessive warning level "ALM_11" at servo ON to proper value.
○○
910
Overload warning
(Overload Warning)
Operation load exceeds overload warning level "ALM_08".
(1) Operation with exceeded overload warning level is executed.
Please re-check and change operating/load conditions and
check whether motor capacity is proper.
(2) The wiring of motor and encoder cables is poor in contact.
Please check the wiring.
(3) The motor can't be driven due to mechanical reasons, and the
load is too large in operation. Please check mechanical
system.
○○
920
Regenerative overload
warning
(Regenerative
OverloadWarn)
Regenerative overload warning level is exceeded.
(1)Regenerative power is over 50% of regenerative overload warning
level. Please re-check and change load/operating conditions/set
value of regenerative resistance capacity "SYS_04".
(2) The power supply voltage of main circuit is out of standard
range. Please check input voltage.
○○
921
Dynamic brake overload
warning
(DB Overload Warning)
Overload is detected in dynamic brake resistance.
The rotating energy at dynamic brake stop is out of allowed value,
or motor is driven by external force. Please re-check and change
operating status, such as reducing command speed, reducing
moment of load inertia or reducing the stop frequency of DB.
○○
930
ABS encoder battery
warning
(Abs Encoder Battery Warn)
Battery voltage error is detected.
(1) The battery voltage of ABS encoder is less than 2.7V. Please
replace battery.
(2) Battery connection is wrong. Please check wiring.
○○
941
Need restart warning
(NeedRestart Warning)
Parameters required for power ON again of control circuit are
changed.
Please make power supply of control circuit ON again.
