Excessive error at servo on 1
(Excessive ErrorAtSvon1)
Position deviation at servo ON exceeds deviation excessive
alarm level "ALM_10".
Position deviation pulse is not cleared at servo OFF, and
motor rotates and is in servo ON status at excessive
accumulated position deviation pulse. Please clear position
deviation at servo OFF or re-check and change the set value
of deviation excessive alarm level "ALM_10" at servo ON.

deviation excessive alarm level "ALM_07" or speed limit at
servo ON "ALM_012" to proper value.

Lower voltage of one of L1, L2 and L3 phase lasts over one
second when power supply of main circuit is ON.
(1) The set value of three/single-phase power supply
"OTH_11" is different from the type of actual input power
supply (three/single-phase). Please check set value and
type of input power supply.
(2) The wiring of three-phase power supply is poor or three
phase isn't balanced. Please check whether there are
problems in the wiring of three-phase power and the
balance of power supply.
