Operation
Be sure the servo motor under such a condition that can be emergency stopped at any time when installed on
equipment for start operation. Otherwise, it may result in personal injury or equipment damage.
Don't insert any electrically conductive objects e.g. screws, metallic chips and inflammable substances e.g. oil
or other foreign matters in servo amplifier.Otherwise, it may result in fire or personal injury.
Never touch the inside of servo amplifier with hands. Otherwise, it may result in electric shock.
Never touch the rotating part of servo motor during operation. Otherwise, it may result in personal injury.
Be sure to check for damaged or lost components in the equipment before use. Otherwise, it may result in fire,
accidents or personal injury.
Be sure to perform trial run for servo motor in advance to avoid unexpected accidents. Otherwise, it may result in personal injury.
Be sure to perform the trial run according to the procedure/description in the manual. Otherwise, it may result in
equipment damage or personal injury.
Be sure to set up matched parameter for equipment during parameter adjustment. Otherwise, it may result in
personal injury or equipment damage.
If the motor stops suddenly during operation, then restores operation, whereas sudden operation might occur,
do not approach the servo motor. In this way, even if the motor runs again suddenly, measures for personal
safety may also be implemented. Otherwise, it may result in personal injury.
Do not touch the regenerative resistor as its temperature may be very high. Otherwise, it may result in burn injury.
Do not block the opening of servo amplifier and not insert any foreign matter. Otherwise, it may cause fire.
The radiating fin, regenerative resistor and servo motor of servo amplifier are of high temperature under power
ON and not long after power OFF, do not touch them. Otherwise, it may result in burn injury.
For trial run, firstly, be sure to fix servo motor, cut off the machine system, confirm the equipment movement,
then mount it to the machine. Otherwise, it may result in personal injury.
When any alarm occurs, firstly, be sure to remedy the cause and release the alarm while ensuring safety, then
restart the servo motor. Otherwise, it may result in personal injury.
Other
It is not allowed to disassemble and modify the unit. Otherwise, it may cause fire, personal injury or electric shock.
Don't operate the servo amplifier by wet hands. Otherwise, it may result in electric shock.
Don't touch the terminal of servo amplifier when it is live. Otherwise, it may result in electric shock.
Never touch the rotating part of servo motor during operation. Otherwise, it may result in personal injury.
Never disassemble the connector during operation.Otherwise, it may result in electric shock.
Be sure to cut off the power at side of servo amplifier when servo amplifier is in fault. Continuous high current
may result in fire.
Be sure to use abnormal signals to cut the power when regenerative resistor is used. Failure in servo amplifier,
etc. may cause abnormal high temperature in regenerative resistor, hence fire.
Be sure to use it based on rated power voltage. Otherwise, it may cause fire or failure.
Be sure always to take shielding measures when used in the following places.
Places where noise is anticipated due to static electricity etc causes
Places where strong electric field or magnetic field is anticipated
Places that might suffer from radiation energy
Power cable side
Be sure to connect the polarity of battery correctly. Otherwise, it may result in damage or explosion for battery,
servo amplifier or servo motor.
When replacing servo amplifier, firstly, be sure to transfer parameters of the new servo amplifier, then begin
operation. Otherwise it may damage the equipment.
