■ Installing/Wiring
•
Do not supply electricity under separate status of servo motor. Otherwise it may damage the servo motor.
•
Be sure to unload the cable line/shaft/encoder firstly when handling servo motor. Otherwise it may damage the servo motor.
• When installing coupling at shaft end of servo motor, don't use hammer, etc. to knock. To use the hammer
knocking, please always follow the specification in this Manual. Otherwise it may result in fault of encoder.
•
Do not apply any load above the allowable load on the servo motor shaft. Otherwise it may damage the shaft.
• Be sure to check that the power type/voltage of the equipment is consistent with power voltage. Otherwise, it
may result in failure in equipment.
• Main/control circuit power supply connector, motor power supply connector do not support hot swap (namely,
swap connector in power on status). Otherwise, it may result in failure in equipment.
■ Operation
• Do not operate/stop servo motor by turning ON/OFF main circuit power supply. Otherwise, it may result in
failure in equipment.
• Don't turn ON/OFF power frequently. Otherwise, it may result in damage in servo amplifier.
• Don't apply static and high voltage, etc. on encoder cable. Otherwise it may result in fault.
• The noise in servo amplifier, servo motor and wiring, etc. may result in malfunction of equipment surrounding.
Be sure to use noise filter, etc. to reduce electromagnetic influence.
• Be sure to confirm and adjust each parameter before operation. Otherwise, unexpected operation might occur
on some equipment.
• Be sure to keep them at a place that is free from direct sunshine, the ambient temperature and humidity shall
meet requirements; servo amplifier: -20°C to +70°C (no icing), 90%RH below (no condensation); servo motor:
-
20 to +60°C(no icing), 20%RH to 80%RH (no condensation).
■ Others
• Be sure to regard it as industry waste and observe the stipulation from local authorities when discarding it.
