The ink system is not
primed.
- Install the last firmware version.
- Enter the maintenance mode
and check that INK SYSTEM
STATUS in the SYSTEM menu
is PRIMED.

No waste ink bottle is
installed.
- Reinstall the waste
ink bottle.
- Restart the printer.
- Check that the MICRO SWITCH
4 (WASTEINK BOTTLE ASSY)
is not missing.
- Check that the MICRO SWITCH
4 connector is connected
correctly.
- In the CHECK SENSORS menu,
select WASTE BOTTLE and
execute INSTALLED, and check
the MICRO SWITCH 4
operation.
- Check that the CN22 connector
on the PCB-ASSY-ACT3 is
connected correctly.
- Check that the connector
between the
CABLE(TU-SENS1)-ASSY(MW)
and the
CABLE(TU-SENS2)-ASSY(MW)
is connected correctly.
