Foreign matter on the
carriage path prevents
the printer from driving
the carriage correctly.
- Check that there is
no foreign matter
on the platen.
- Check that all the
four leveling feet
are properly in
contact with the
floor.
- Restart the printer.
- Check that the Y motor cables
are connected correctly.
- Check that the linear encoder
connectors are connected
correctly.
- Check that the CARRIAGE
FFC,MW connectors are
connected correctly to both the
HCB1M and the IPB5.
- Check that the ROBOT

connected correctly.
- Check that the ENCODER
STRIP,MW is not soiled or
damaged.
